Quality Policy

Since 1982 Fuel Technology has been dedicated to assisting our customers to reduce their operating costs by manufacturing and supplying a technically proven fuel treatment namely FPC Combustion Catalyst.

The additive market is viewed with considerable scepticism and Fuel Technology has strived to raise itself above our competitors by providing a professional service and the ability to demonstrate the benefits of our product by conducting controlled International Engineering Standard tests on the customer's own equipment.

A major component of our strategic plan is to provide our service and products at a consistently high standard of quality and build a reputation beyond reproach. In order to achieve our objectives, Fuel Technology has embarked on a continuous improvement Quality Management Programme.

The objectives of our Quality Management Programme are to:-

• Satisfy the needs of our customers through the provision of goods and services on a competitive and professional basis.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of quality in all our activities.

All our employees are responsible for the quality of their effort and recognise their part in meeting the customer's requirements.
